Brief: Cover a two-week annual rewards event for top IBM employees

Hundred Percent Club is an annual event laid on by IBM to reward its most successful European staff. Three days of partying, watersports, great food, entertainment – and a couple of ‘business’ seminars, just to keep everyone in line. Then a new wave of attendees, and repeat. Then a third wave.
All day (& nearly all night) shooting, bouncing from drinks parties to guest speaker forums, hanging off a rib shooting a sailing regatta, wine tasting, early morning yoga, vintage car rallies…then off to photograph the evening parties and main stage events with dancers, singers and acrobats. Key shots of senior IBM staff, Barcelona’s vibrant seafront architecture, the attendees’ hotels…and always finding time to edit and upload.
It’s a super-busy and vibrant week, shooting everyone enjoying themselves. Sleep on the plane all the way home.
